How I Look After Your Small Pet
Gentle, Respectful Handling
People sometimes say "it was just a hamster" or "just a guinea pig." I never say that. If you loved them, if they were part of your family, then they deserve care and respect. That's what I'm here for.
Individual Cremation, Always
Your pet is cremated completely alone — never with other pets. I track their identification at every stage, so you have complete peace of mind. They're cremated at my purpose-built crematorium in Southport, and never handled by anyone else.
Ashes Returned Within 72 Hours
Your pet's ashes come home in a scatter tube as standard, or you can choose from wooden caskets, urns and photo-frame urns from my memorial collection.

-
Absolutely. The scatter tube is simply the standard option I include with every cremation - it’s practical, respectful, and suits many families who plan to release their pet’s ashes somewhere meaningful.
But if you’d prefer something more permanent, I have several alternatives.
Wooden Caskets - Beautifully crafted in a range of woods, perfect for keeping on a shelf or mantle.
Ceramic Urns - Elegant and timeless, available in various sizes.
Photo Urns - For customer looking for something a little bit more discrete, I have a range of urns which hold the ash inside photo frame.
Keepsake Jewellery - So you can keep a small part of them close, always.
You’re welcome to choose when I return your pet’s ashes, or if you’d like to see the options beforehand, just ask when you call. There’s no pressure either way - whatever feels right for you and your family is the right choice.
-
The cremation itself takes an hour. I personally return your pet’s ashes to you within 72 hours, or they’re ready for collection - whichever you prefer.
