Warrington Pet Farewells, individual and private pet cremation

Memorial options

Every individual cremation already includes a scatter tube and a personalised Remembrance Box. If you'd like something more lasting, here's what I can arrange. Nothing here needs deciding today.

Ways to keep them with you

Rather than an online basket, I'd rather talk you through these properly, so I can show you sizes and tell you honestly what suits your pet.

Caskets

These are solid wood or bamboo rather than veneer, and every one can take a personalised engraved brass nameplate. Sizes go by your pet's weight, so tell me roughly what they weighed and I'll tell you which size they need.

Eden casket

Natural or dark bamboo, with a magnetic catch · Three sizes, for pets up to 10kg, 21kg and 33kg

The casket included in the Keepsake Farewell. Light, warm and understated, and the one most families choose when they want something that sits on a shelf without announcing itself.

Solid oak

Responsibly sourced solid oak with a soft satin finish · Four sizes, plus a slim vertical version for pets up to 20kg

The traditional shape, in real oak rather than veneer. There is also a photo-front version, so their picture sits on the front of the casket itself.

Solid ash

Solid ash, natural finish or a rich mahogany stain · Six sizes in natural, five in mahogany

Clean lines and a smooth open grain. The mahogany stain has a raised base and a stepped lid, which suits an older room better than the plainer natural finish.

White painted

Solid wood, double-coated white paint · Cuboid in two sizes, rectangular in three

For a lighter, more modern room. The cuboid has a photo front and a sliding base, so you can fit it yourself without tools.

Tribute Box

Solid wood with a personalised engraved brass plaque · Sized to your pet

The casket included in the Treasured Farewell, and the one to ask about if you want their name on the casket itself rather than on a separate plate.

Bamboo scatter pouch

Hand-woven split bamboo, fully biodegradable · One size

For burial, or for scattering somewhere that meant something. Biodegradable the whole way through, so it can go into the ground as it is.

Urns

If you'd rather have something shaped like them, or something so discreet nobody would know what it is, both exist. These are the ranges I can get hold of. There are ceramic designs as well, Lotus Blossom in a white glaze and Midnight Blossom in a deep one, and I'll send you photos of those if they sound more like you.

Breed cast urns, dogs

Breed cast urns, dogs

Around two dozen breeds, hand painted, from Labradors, Border Collies and Cockapoos through to Rottweilers, Greyhounds and Jack Russells. There is also a plainer Dog with Bone design if your dog was a mix of everything. Tell me the breed and I'll tell you honestly whether the likeness is any good.

Cat urns

Cat urns

Sitting, sleeping, resting and cat-on-a-book designs, in hand-painted cast stone or carved wood, in black, white, brown and colourpoint. The sleeping designs are the ones most people pick.

Rabbit and small pet urns

Rabbit and small pet urns

Rabbit-on-a-book and guinea pig designs, sized properly for a smaller pet rather than a dog urn with less in it. Small pets get the same care here as anything else.

Traditional wooden urns

Traditional wooden urns

Solid ash and solid oak in the classic shape, with a raised base and a stepped lid, in a natural finish or a rich mahogany stain. The plainest option here, and the one that ages best.

Heart and contemporary urns

Heart and contemporary urns

The Amberley heart in smooth natural beech with a golden paw print, the Teardrop in FSC-certified wood, and the Woodland Bronze in soft earthy tones. The Amberley also comes as a small keepsake, for holding back a little of their ashes.

Tribute Frames and photo urns

Tribute Frames and photo urns

The most discreet option there is. Their ashes sit in a concealed pod behind a photograph, wall-hung or free-standing, so what visitors see is your pet rather than an urn.

Smaller keepsakes

Ash jewellery and keyrings
Stainless steel pendants and keyrings that hold a small amount of ash, in paw print, heart, pillar and dog or cat shapes. Each comes with a funnel and pin so you can fill it at home, in your own time.
Photo frames and print kits
Including a rotating frame that holds two photographs, and a frame made to hold a photo alongside their paw print and nose print together.
Additional Remembrance Boxes
Additional Remembrance Boxes are £12.50 each, for when more than one person would like their own keepsake to hold on to.

I haven't put a price next to every one of these, because they change with size and I'd rather quote you properly than publish a figure that turns out to be wrong when you call.

Tell me what you have in mind and I'll send you photos and prices the same day, or bring a few options with me when I return your pet's ashes so you can see them in person. Nothing here needs deciding now, and there's no obligation to take any of it.

Questions about memorials

Do I have to decide on a memorial now?
No, and I would rather you did not. Every individual cremation includes a scatter tube and a Remembrance Box as standard. You can choose something more permanent later, once you have had time to think.
How do I see the options?
Call or text me and I will talk you through what I have, send you photos, or bring a few things with me when I return your pet's ashes. There is no pressure either way.
Can I use my own urn or container?
Yes, of course. If you already have something you would like their ashes to go into, tell me when you call and I will make sure that happens.

Need my help?
