What families say
Alan has looked after families under the Southport Pet Farewells name for years, and the service here is the same one, run by the same person.
Having to make the decision to let your pet go is truly heartbreaking but Alan at Pet Farewells helped to ease our sadness. Alan took care of everything. He collected Tilly from the vets and took her to a beautiful farewell room where we could go and say our last goodbyes to Tilly. Alan has a very calming manner and made us feel confident that Tilly was being looked after with dignity and by someone who really cared.
